About Indentia
We build the platform we wished we'd had — every time we tried to do real work with AI inside a regulated organization.
Indentia started as a reaction to a frustration: every "enterprise AI" product we evaluated assumed SaaS and public cloud. Most of our customers can't make that assumption. So we built a platform for the people who can't — and along the way discovered that the people who can, usually shouldn't either.
The insight that grew from that: the more valuable data you bring together in one Second Brain, the heavier governance, compliance, cyber, privacy and the EU AI Act weigh on the scale. A platform that doesn't carry that load from day one isn't going to start carrying it later.
What we believe
Four principles. No exceptions.
Privacy is not a feature.
It is the foundation. GDPR-native, EU data residency, and an audit trail that holds up. No checkbox compliance.
Standards over magic.
RDF, OIDC, S3, OpenTelemetry. If a primitive already exists and works, we use it — instead of inventing a new one.
Every claim is cited.
An answer without a citation is an opinion. Indentia treats provenance as a load-bearing wall, not a feature flag.
Build things that outlive us.
The platform must work without phone-home — and without us. Your data and pipelines outlast every vendor relationship.

An engineering crew in the Netherlands with deep roots in defence, government and regulated enterprise. We keep our roadmap honest by running every release on our own internal platform first.
For rollouts we partner with system integrators who already know the regulated world — so deployments move on your planning and your governance, not a vendor's.
